Our caregivers are all bonded and insured. Most importantly, they are dependable, reliable, and extraordinarily caring of others. They are detail-oriented and attentive to each client's unique interests, likes/dislikes, and will ensure that they are being respected and ideally cared for at all times. They are caregivers because they love and respect the elderly and want to help them thrive at home.

Stay At Home caregivers receive on-going training, which includes a specialized curriculum exclusive to The Senior's Choice member network. Each caregiver is required to become a Certified Companion Aide (CCA) within the first three months of their employment. The CCA program was developed to provide caregivers with the specific skills necessary to handle the challenges they face daily. CCAs are the best trained companion aides in the industry. Certification is achieved by a thorough study of senior health and care issues followed by rigorous testing (19 tests in all!) to ensure competency. Study topics include 19 essential subjects including communication, emergency preparation, personal care, disability issues, mental health & illness, nutritional needs and understanding aging.

CCAs are the most knowledgeable, reliable and compassionate professionals in the industry. Every Stay At Home Senior Care caregiver is a Certified Companion Aide prepared to understand and meet your needs.
